Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We will exchange your item or provide a refund within 14 days of you receiving it to guarantee your customer experience and satisfaction. 

To return your Talking Compression purchase for an exchange or refund:

  1. Please email sumbree@bigpond.net.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Talking Compression will respond within 48 business hours to approve the return.

  3. No refund or exhange on sale or clearance items.

  1. All exchanges and refunds will be received within 14 days of Talking Compression receiving your return.

Warranty:

If your products arrive faulty, please contact us immediately to organise an exchange. Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied.

Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

 POLICY

 When you order with Talking Compression,  if you have an issue with your purchase, you can simply contact us and we will provide you with support and a fair assessment until the problem is amicably resolved. This policy applies to all purchases made from us to all customers.

 We respect your statutory rights. Please provide your proof of purchase (ie. your receipt, order number or invoice number) as it will be required to return and receive a refund on your items. Items cannot be returned without following the Returns Procedure listed below.

 We accept exchanges for purchases made with us directly. For purchases from our clinical or retail partners (where you have paid them), contact the place of purchase for their return policy.

 Change of mind

 If you have changed your mind about your purchase or ordered incorrectly, Talking Compression will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

 ·        You notify us within 14 days

·        You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and

·        The item is in re-saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and

·        The item is not a special or custom made order.

 You will be required to pay for the postage to ensure safe delivery back to Talking Compression.  Change of mind and other returns for credit must be received by us in the original condition as previously described.

Talking Compression reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange products that are used, washed, damaged or not in their original packaging. In some exceptional circumstances, there may be a restocking fee.

 Other returns

If you have multiple items to return, we wiill be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit memo provided that:

 ·        You notify us prior to returning the items

·        You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and

·        The items are in re-sellable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging and the labels on the box are intact, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); the items have more than 12 months shelf life and

·        The item is not a special order

 Talking Compression reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange products that are used, washed, damaged or not in their original packaging. In some exceptional circumstances, there may be a restocking fee.

  Faulty Items

 As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.

 

Please note; Talking Compression reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange products that are used, washed, damaged or not in their original packaging. In some exceptional circumstances, there may be a restocking fee. Normal wear and tear or incorrect usage is not considered a defect. Faults resulting from incorrect donning and doffing will not be refunded.

 If an item is faulty, we will pay the postage. Before returning a faulty item, please call our Customer Service Team on 0410465502 to ensure the correct process for your item.

PROCEDURE

 

1.     Contact Talking Compression on 0410465502 or send an email to sumbree@bigpond.net.au and have your product and invoice details handy.

 

2.     Talking Compression will look up the product/invoice details and ascertain the reason for return.

 

Change of mind

 If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly and the garment is a stock line (not a special order or custom-made order) you will be given the address for returns and a Return Authorisation number.

 

Change of mind and other returns for credit must be received by us in the original condition.

 

You will be contacted regarding the outcome and advised if a credit or exchange is available.

 

Faulty Items

 If you believe the product is faulty we will send you a Product Return Form to complete and return to us.

 

Please ensure all sections on the form are completed, that you have included on and off your patient and all measurements.

Talking Compression will then contact you regarding return of the product.
